Lori knew this wasn't our first time, so she didn't waste our time or hers with the little stuff. She came in provided us with what we needed to know. She knew our market area . Priced our house at fair market value. Not sure if it mattered, we had concerns about staging our house. She didn't really offer any knowledge. So maybe we did ok on our own.
