Needed to sell my Mother's house, so listed with Kevin in last week of Nov '24. House was sold first week of Mar '25, so it took about 3 months and 2 weeks from listing to closing. Somthing that is not always common with businesses, Kevin was aware of the "human" side of things and demonstated empathy and understanding in making the transaction as smooth as possible, and was respectful of my time.
