Tonda was an amazing realtor: she guided me on what pre-sale improvements to make/not spend $$ on my wonderful but aging home; she launched my home sale in a really thoughtful and experienced and wise way, thus selling it faster than comparable homes in my neighborhood; she was a tough and steadfast negotiator on my behalf, ultimately selling my home at a price not really supported by my 'local' realtors; and from start to finish, she was just a brilliant and responsive and always-supportive partner in the selling of my home. She was a consummate professional, and I couldn't have had such a great experience and outcome without her.
