We had a wonderful experience with Mary Yoder as first time home buyers moving from Malibu, California to Akron, Ohio. Mary was highly responsive, proactive and understood our home needs immediately. I would like to say that we did talk to a few other agents over the past year, but non of them took the initiative that Mary did. This is why they didn't get our business and she did. One reason that we chose Mary is that she was proactive and immediately started scouting homes for us without us even asking her. We did not have to explain anything to her, we only described our family and current situation, and she tuned into our requirements quickly. She seemed to just know., probably from her many years of experience has honed her intuition. You can tell she enjoys dealing with people, she' very nice, but she is no pushover. Mary was assertive in dealing with the selling party and did not back down on any items from our home inspection report which we wanted the seller to pay for. From start to finish, first speaking with Mary to closing on our home was about 45 days. She's very efficient and effective! Will be talking to her again if we decide to purchase another property!
