I contracted with a large Real Estate agency in spring 2025. That agency and agent failed to deliver a single application in the months that we worked together --May to November. Despite being summer and being the best time for securing renters, it was like pulling teeth to get information or find out anything about applicants with the HH agent. After 7 months without a single application and low communication, I severed my contract with the large agency and contracted with Megan. It has been smooth sailing ever since. Megan kept me informed about applications, took far better pictures than my last agent, helped out with basic property maintenance in order to show the property at it's best (winter storms in CLE are for real!) and even reported my last agent (without me even asking!) after discovering that agent had been sitting on 30 some inquiries with no follow up. During the whole process Megan was clear and open and optimistic. She was exactly what I needed. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you for such diligent and kind work, Megan! I am beyond grateful!
