His attention to detail is unparalleled. For six months, nearly every day we communicated. He always answered my calls or called right back. He is funny and kind and industrious. The stressful time of searching for a home in an inflated market was made easier because of his tenacity and willingness to be respectfully truthful about the homes I put offers on. In the end, we found the perfect home for me. I attribute this to him because I almost bought homes that were not right for me because I was getting a little desperate. When that happened Christian was the voice of reason about the cost and the “not letting go of my personal wish list”. I can’t actually say enough good things about my experience with Christian Knutti. I would recommend him to anyone who was taking the leap to buy or sell.
