I actually began working with Robbin in 2009 when I contacted her for a market value on my home. She spent several hours with me, going over all the information and questions I had even though she knew I probably would not list that year and was considering selling without an agent. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way however she was very thorough in her information on the pros and cons of selling with and without an agent. When I did list with her in 2010 and again in 2011 she was always very respectful of my wishes, understanding my unique situation she was always willing to advise me but never pressuring me to lower my price. During this time she also willingly and patiently showed me many homes though she knew I was not ready to buy until my home sold. I found Robbin to be both aggressive in her approach and sensitive to my timing. I will definitely call on her in the future.

Rachael was extremely helpful in my decision to sell. She explained each step of the way in a way that I could understand what to expect. Moving is very stressful and I was very happy with having her guide me through the whole process. I definitely will be recommending her to all my family and friends.

Tristden was amazing. He came out and looked at my house, took pictures, listed, and it sold within 3 days of listing! He took the right pictures, emphasized the best features, and got the job done. He was responsive and professional and extremely kind. Highly recommend!
