We worked with Beth to find a home to use as a rental. Beth worked with us to understand what the best options were in terms of purchasing something that would be sought after as a rental. When we visited a home, she would let us know whether it was a viable option or not. In addition, she understood the complexity of the real estate market in 2018 - things move fast! She was always responsive and patient in answering the myriad of questions we have, as my husband and I like to understand the processes and how things work. In addition, she had excellent recommendations in terms of who we should use for the inspection, post inspection estimates, etc. All in all, an outstanding experience, and we believe we got an excellent home for an excellent price.
