Working with Brian and Carli was a great experience from start to finish. They were both incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered questions quickly, and helped make a stressful situation feel much more manageable. What stood out most was their patience, market knowledge, and ability to help navigate some more unique aspects of our sale, including questions surrounding the solar panels and coordinating everything leading up to closing. They handled negotiations professionally and always made sure we understood our options without pressure. Even toward the very end of the process, they remained supportive and attentive to details, helping everything come together smoothly through closing. I truly appreciated the time and effort they both put in and would absolutely recommend Brian and Carli to anyone looking for knowledgeable and dependable realtors.

The process from beginning to end was flawless. Selling a home is a highly emotional experience, Carli and Brian did a wonderful job with us. I am thankful for their experience in guiding us through the process.

Team Amlin Advantage was our go-to when it was time to put our home on the market. Carli had our home under contract within 30 days in a tough market for top dollar. She priced our home based on a plethora of market research, and made our home show-ready with some special staging touches. The professional photographs of our home really made it stand out online, and her expansive network of realtors, local professionals, and potential buyers kept the interest flowing. She also deftly navigated a complicated process with our relocation company and kept everything running smoothly. We can't thank Carli and Team Amlin Advantage enough for seeing us through this experience.

Kevin is truly the best realtor around! When he came to check our house out, he was very professional. He had comps ready for us to look at. We agreed on a listing price that we were happy with. He was very positive through out our listing time. Some people are just stupid and he would say don’t let it steel your happiness. He had great communication throughout the entire process. If I had any questions or concerns he immediately got back with me. He truly cares about his clients. Highly recommend!!! 💗🐾🌴

Kevin went above and beyond with making sure everything went smoothly. We had an issue after some inspections and he was at the house in 15 minutes to help figure things out. I would highly recommend to anyone and use him again in a heartbeat.

This was the eighth property Kevin has sold for me, and each experience has been exceptional. His knowledge, honesty, and extensive industry experience are evident throughout every transaction. Kevin genuinely cares about both his buyers and sellers, always advocating for their best interests and providing sound guidance every step of the way. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale process and works tirelessly to help clients find their dream home or sell their current home. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to outstanding service set him apart. I highly recommend Kevin and would not consider working with any other real estate agent.
