My goodness what a wonderful experience with Kerry Santiago. The thought of selling my mother's home from across the country was daunting but from the first moment I called her, Kerry was my "boots on the ground" in Ohio. She worked tirelessly to make everything easy for me, including facilitating the clean out, running an estate sale, spearheading repairs and driving miles multiple times to meet with my mom in assisted living. This is one truly good and trustworthy person, not to mention a smart, experienced, professionally acting realtor. I would give her 10 stars. Grateful. Hire her.

We were moving across the country and only were able to visit once, but Sally made everything seamless! The home we ended up buying was one we had never seen in person before purchase, but Sally made it seem like we knew the place before showed up! Highly recommend, she is a great realtor!
