I have been a Real Estate Investor for more than 20 years. Throughout that time, I've dealt with dozens of Agents...both on the Buy and Sell side. Nancy is as good as they get. She's incredibly detailed and thorough. She has a great understanding of current market conditions, and she sets realistic expectations. I have used her exclusively for all our listings over the past 6 or 7 years. Highly recommend whether you're buying or selling your property!

We appreciated the fact that all of our communication was with Ann! She was very knowledgeable of the market and that helped with all negotiations that we were faced with.

Nancy is not trying to sell you the first house that comes up, but rather the house that's a good fit. My wife and I felt and were encouraged by Nancy to make the decisions that were right for us. And she is very knowledgeable about owning a home, fixing up homes, the context, that it was an education for us the whole experience. Between her work and the work of her contacts in finance, the daunting set of steps needed to go from finding a home, inspecting a home and financing and buying a home are made easier, within reach.
