I have worked with Nancy over the past few years as she has helped myself and my family buy/sell homes. She was always forthright and willing to dive in and give you hard work, honest feedback and truthful advice. Her excellent service does come at a slightly higher price as her commissions are on the high side of our area. However, I was always told, you get what you pay for. I always valued Nancy's expertise and calm demeanor, and appreciated how she represented me and my family.

Excellent communicator, consummate professional, intense negotiator, extremely helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable of the market. She is very detailed oriented, shows concern for her client's well being and is very personable. Morah goes beyond her duties and responsibilities and makes you feel like family. I've not met someone so kind and considerate in a professional capacity in quite a while and would highly recommend her to anyone selling/buying property anywhere if she were global.

Morah was very knowledgeable with the current market. She advised us with coming up with a selling price. She kept us informed on the process of our closing. She explained every email she sent to us and followed up on our signing when it was required. She was friendly and we felt very comfortable talking with her. Cutler is fortunate to have her on your team! I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.
