We both bought a new home and sold the home we were in with James May. We shopped for a home for several months in a market where houses often had multiple offers on the first day. James kept us apprised of new listings and in several situations when we saw a new listing, dropped what he was doing to get us an appointment to see the house on that day. James always let us look at prospective homes without pressuring us, but was willing to discuss the pros and cons with us if we asked. This was exactly what we needed. Over these months we have come to think of James as a friend, and so we decided to list our home with him. He is knowledgeable about the market and has kept us informed every step of the way, with comparable in that market. We are glad we made the decision to list with James May, and would recommend him should anyone we know be looking for a realtor.

As a buyer unwilling to settle, Nikki was wonderful at being patient, really listening to what we were looking for, and knowing me enough to know as soon as we walked into a house if it would work or not. Nikki didn’t give up on us over the 4 years it took us to find THE house. I appreciated that she never made me feel bad about constantly saying no until the wonderful day we said yes! Nikki was extremely responsive, always making me aware of the market and neighborhoods we were interested in, and always available for a showing. During a long sellers market of over priced homes, bidding wars, and waiving inspections (3 things we immediately walked away from), Nikki was always encouraging and kept the process fun.
