I have now sold 2 homes and purchased 2 homes with Patty as my realtor. My first home purchase was with another group/realtor, and I had developed expectations going into my 2nd real estate endeavor. Patty was extremely knowledgeable and always one step ahead with confidence. I was impressed then, and have continued to trust her with each transaction since. She is incredibly talented and and has proven to keep her edge on the market sharp. I appreciate her guidance and ability to help me reach my listing sale goals as well as purchasing goals. It takes an honest person to be successful with the transactions AND buyer/seller relationships. She does her job well, complete with a friendly and welcoming approach with whoever she is representing.
