The first call I had with Sarah I knew she would be a great help. Sarah was very responsive and quick to get answers. The day we talked we learned there was a 7:00 pm cut off for any offers to be submitted on the property we were interested in. I was driving for 5 hours and would arrive at my destination until well after the cut off time.
