As first time home buyers, the process seemed not only difficult but frustrating and exhausting and we had many hiccups along the way. But Ken helped us through every obstacle and was readily available to help us with each part of the process and this helped greatly. His honesty was the biggest thing we bonded with. He didn't push us towards anything and explained everything in detail of the process as well as homes we viewed. He attended our closing with us with a nice congratulations in the end also.
