Working with Krista was honestly one of the best decisions we made during this entire process. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be extremely stressful, but she made everything feel smooth, organized, and manageable from day one all the way through closing. She was always available when we had questions, kept us updated throughout every step, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. What really stood out was how much she truly cared. We never felt like just another client. She went above and beyond to help us through every obstacle, explain things clearly, and make sure we were comfortable and informed the whole time. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. No matter what came up, Krista handled it quickly and confidently, which took a huge amount of stress off of us. We honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she did for our family during this process. We would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From start to finish, She went beyond what I expected. For instance, when I thought the bank was asking for an obscene amount of paperwork, May kept me calm, level headed and focused on what had to be done. There were times when I didn't have access to a printer, May would print vital forms needed for us to finish the deal, not to mention that a lot of the tasks were done outside of normal business hours. Quite frankly, a 5 star review isn't adequate, my experience with May was phenomenal.
