I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

Brian was a complete Professional from start to finish. Although out of the office initially, I was left in great care by one of his team members "Patty". Patty was Amazing ... Available day and night from start to finish. Together, Brian and Patty made this Home buying experience awesome. What began as a Client/Realtor relationship... quickly became a friendship. In terms of overall experience ... Great Communication, knowledgeable as to the expectations and what if scenarios. Never made me feel secondary throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Pam's knowledge of the housing market, her professionalism and her communication skills throughout the process shows that she really works for her client., She communicated on a personal level with us also, showing her to be a very caring individual. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
