I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

Dave was flexible, patient and very understanding with my family as we took the time we needed to find a new home. He communicated well with all individuals involved. He handled things in a timely manner. Would highly recommend him and his brother, Brian who is also a relator to anyone. Very satisfied with our overall experience.
