The first call I had with Sarah I knew she would be a great help. Sarah was very responsive and quick to get answers. The day we talked we learned there was a 7:00 pm cut off for any offers to be submitted on the property we were interested in. I was driving for 5 hours and would arrive at my destination until well after the cut off time. Sarah was creative in providing the details and documents via email and my wife would read the contract to me while driving. With lots of questions and comments between Sarah my wife and I we were able to get our offer submitted with 15 minutes to spare of the deadline. With the help of Sarah, we were able to acquire the property. Lori was amazing from start to finish. I actually contacted her about a house she was selling a couple years ago (it didn't work out), but I like her so much I kept her contact info for when I was ready to sell my own home. She never pressured me or tried to give me a sales pitch in order to retain her services. When I was ready to sell, she helped me ensure my house was ready for sale, helped me stay on track with getting it ready and even when we had a household crisis of sorts (husband tore his bicep tendon, I was newly pregnant and I have a special needs son already), she and her husband came out to the house to help me clear out a few extra things that were left behind when we had no other help to lift/carry things out. She was always professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help reduce work and stress on my end. We sold our house for right where we wanted and expected too. Would use again in the future if we ever sell our current house.
