Great Agent! Managed our sale.

My wife and I moved out of state and sold our house remotely. We needed an agent who could manage the sale as well as painters and cleaners. Kathy impressed us with her organization and we felt confident that we could rely on her to take care of everything after we moved out of state. Kathy is a real “go-getter” with a good eye for value added improvements. The house presentation online was great. We ended up getting about 20% more than we expected when we started the process.
