As I downsized from a long-term home to a new residence, Kathy Hendricks helped make the transition very easy for me. From the beginning, she listened carefully to my wish list, and actively sought out properties to suit my needs. Once we found what I was looking for, she was well prepared with paperwork and help through all the steps leading to the purchase of my new home. I was very satisfied with her communication skills, her knowledge of the real estate market, and the professional manner in which she did business. I would recommend Kathy Hendricks to anyone looking to purchase a home.

My move came about rather quickly and I was not very prepared to sell my home. I was given Milena’s name and number by a friend. She was immediately responsive with beginning the process of putting my home on the market. She guided me with things that I needed to do to prepare for sale even providing references for skilled workers for repairs. It had been decades since I bought or sold property and was very insecure about the process. But Milena gave me sound advice and solid guidance throughout the preparation and sale of my home. She was available and quick to respond to my questions/concerns. She possesses extensive knowledge of the housing market in my area. I am beyond grateful for having received her name and number by chance! The rating system goes to 5 stars but I would give her a thousand if I could! Thank you, Milena! You are truly the best at what you do!

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

This was our first time buying a home, and Janice made that a wonderful experience. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. She helped us every step of the way. We could not have done this without her!
