Kathy is among the best. We sent an e-mail regarding a home and in less than an hour we had made contact with her. She became our realtor. She always made time to be available and she also had good knowledge of the lenders process and would answer out questions in no time. She would take the time to gather properties she thought we would be interested in and she was right every time. Kathy gets 2 thumbs up.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!
