My move came about rather quickly and I was not very prepared to sell my home. I was given Milena’s name and number by a friend. She was immediately responsive with beginning the process of putting my home on the market. She guided me with things that I needed to do to prepare for sale even providing references for skilled workers for repairs. It had been decades since I bought or sold property and was very insecure about the process. But Milena gave me sound advice and solid guidance throughout the preparation and sale of my home. She was available and quick to respond to my questions/concerns. She possesses extensive knowledge of the housing market in my area. I am beyond grateful for having received her name and number by chance! The rating system goes to 5 stars but I would give her a thousand if I could! Thank you, Milena! Kathy is among the best. We sent an e-mail regarding a home and in less than an hour we had made contact with her. She became our realtor. She always made time to be available and she also had good knowledge of the lenders process and would answer out questions in no time. She would take the time to gather properties she thought we would be interested in and she was right every time. Kathy gets 2 thumbs up.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!).
