My move came about rather quickly and I was not very prepared to sell my home. I was given Milena’s name and number by a friend. She was immediately responsive with beginning the process of putting my home on the market. She guided me with things that I needed to do to prepare for sale even providing references for skilled workers for repairs. It had been decades since I bought or sold property and was very insecure about the process. But Milena gave me sound advice and solid guidance throughout the preparation and sale of my home. She was available and quick to respond to my questions/concerns. She possesses extensive knowledge of the housing market in my area. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!).
