Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

I worked with Sophia Guo in spring of 2019. I am very pleased with her work. She helped me stage my home which helped make it more appealing to potential buyers. So my house was sold very quick with expected price. Sophia is wonderful in keeping the transaction alone and to closing in time manner. She was always available to answer my questions or buyer's.
