I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Jayme pulled off a sale on our old house and new purchase house but there were CHALLENGES;By the grace of God we closed on the sale of our old home and the new home purchase within a day of each other. The definition of seamless is an understatement. Jayme is has a blue collar mentality, and what I mean by this is that he is a grinder. He wont stop until he succeeds. Zero realtors will ever out work Jayme. Side note, he has done multiple deals for us and including other family members. All have been successful.
