As first time home buyers, the process seemed not only difficult but frustrating and exhausting and we had many hiccups along the way. But Ken helped us through every obstacle and was readily available to help us with each part of the process and this helped greatly. His honesty was the biggest thing we bonded with. He didn't push us towards anything and explained everything in detail of the process as well as homes we viewed. He attended our closing with us with a nice congratulations in the end also. He will never try to sell you a house that he knows has problems, and he’ll suggest things that could be fixed much more easily than they may seem. It’s plainly obvious that he puts his interests last, oftentimes to his detriment. I don’t even remember how many houses we looked at, but Tony somehow kept on, and did his best to find me a home.
