very knowledgeable broker/ agent with great advice and team

Kacey did a great job with our house hunting - we were very picky and took a while to find a house. The purchase went without a hitch. When we sold our home, we decided to go against her recommended selling price and actually sold for very close to the price she recommended.

Working with my realtor was an amazing experience from start to finish. She made the entire process of selling my home feel simple and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure everything stayed on track. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly stood out. I’m so grateful for all the hard work she put in and couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through this journey.

Carm was fantastic to work with! She is responsive, knowledgeable, super friendly and able to pivot quickly when needed. I needed to sell my mom's home and although I was out of state, Carm made the process and experience far less stressful than I anticipated. She took plenty of time to meet with me in person when I was in town and was ALWAYS available by phone, email or text when I was not. I cannot overstate how easy Carm made the process nor how helpful she was throughout. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsive, smart and friendly realtor looking to buy or sell a home - good luck to all sellers and buyers!
