Congratulations on the sale! Your hard work and dedication really paid off! Being on my own I knew it would be a stressful undertaking. Thanks to your prompt responses to messages or questions the stress stayed at a low level. If there were conflicts regarding open houses or appointments you made sure the schedules made everyone happy. Your expertise in the real estate business was truly appreciated. I was able to enjoy this experience and look forward to sharing it with friends.

From our first conversation, I felt that we were both on the same page. Paula provided local market information, looked in to my expectations and came up with a plan to sell the property. She helped me find a handyman to help get the property ready for sale. And some cleaning people to complete that process. The house sold in a week. When looking for a real estate agent, you want someone who will do what they say they will do. Paula is that person.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

This is the second property Kim has sold for me in the last year. She has excellent communication skills- always keeping me informed right away of updates on the transaction and guiding me through the process. She is very educated and knowledgeable about the real estate market, which makes her a great negotiator and advisor. I would recommend Kim to any family or friend looking for a real estate agent!

Stephanie came highly recommend from a colleague and she did not disappoint! She is quick to communicate, flexible with scheduling house tours, and ensured our needs and wants were prioritized while hunting for our first home. She is professional, extremely approachable, and easy to work with. I would (and plan to) recommend her to friends and family in need of selling or buying their house. I would give her 10 stars out of 5 if possible!
