She always made time for us when we needed it and is a very responsive communicator. Most importantly to us, Mary Alice was extremely personable. Always has a smile and is in a positive mood. Trying to buy a house during a pandemic was a real challenge, Mary Alice kept our spirits up when we felt discouraged after weeks of searching. All in all, Mary Alice is the complete package. We have worked with other realtors in the past, but Luke was referred to us by a good friend. So, I set up a time for him to come over, walk through the house and talk about what we wanted. Luke was very professional, knowledgeable, and direct. He had some amazing ideas and presented a great strategy where I could tell he would put a lot of work into our listing. Luke made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like helping us stage, connecting us with cost-effective professionals for the work that needed to be completed, having professional photographs taken, and even conquering his fear of heights to change a lightbulb 2 stories high. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Not only did he have 15 showings booked within the first 24 hours, but he also did an open house to make sure we found a buyer fast. Due to Luke’s efforts, we received 5 offers over our asking price within 72 hours of being listed! Our house was under contract on day 4 with an offer that was 10% over the asking price. Luke (and Jack, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We decided to give Alex Carney and his associate a call even though they were out of our area.
