She would talk to us almost weekly, and more than once a week if necessary. Sometimes, it was just to ask how we were doing. She scheduled numerous open houses at a time convenient for us. If she could not be there, she would send another experienced agent in her place. If we needed assistance in locating professionals to clean or replace carpeting, or clean the tile floor, she would recommend someone who you could trust in your home alone, who proceeded to do excellent work at a competitive price. Her set up of her website was very professional offering both good pictures and a wonderful virtual tour of our home. Finally, the extra work she did in putting together the deal was phenomenal. She made sure every detail was covered. What was most impressive was the last minute work she did to make sure the title work was completed correctly, after a few details needed to be corrected at the eleventh hour. She kept telling us throughout this final process not to worry, that she would make the necessary phone calls to get it done correctly, and she did. And it all happened as originally scheduled. Sandy remained in charge and responsible throughout - whether it was dealing with the title company, or the buyer's agent.
