Michael was referred to us by a family member when we began our home search. Due to low inventory, our search took a bit longer; but he was very receptive to our needs and extremely patient. Michael offered great advice when we viewed private showings. He always reminded us to “imagine yourself living here” before we made a final decision. Never pushy or intimidating, he exemplified professionalism. Michael also assisted with selling our home. He made recommendations to enhance the value of our home and attract buyers. He responded immediately to our frequent emails, calls and texts. Most importantly, Michael was even-tempered throughout the selling process and kept us focused when our stress levels were high. He is trustworthy and respectful. That is important to us and we are grateful for Michael’s expertise.
