Marti is on it! She does her research, follows up promptly with fact and truly has the buyers' interest in mind. Her service goes beyond showings and contract negotiation. She also helped us with the inspection and set us up with a great inspector. In addition, she followed up on several questions we had with the city, the neighbors, new construction in the area and reached out to builders and rehab experts to find a home that met what we were looking for. We love her and would highly recommend!
