Professional. Punctual. Personable. Mary Alice helped my wife and I find our first home and we could not be happier with the outcome. Her in-depth knowledge of the home-buying process and of the greater Cleveland housing market were crucial in aiding us in our decision making. Mary Alice puts her clients first. She always made time for us when we needed it and is a very responsive communicator. Most importantly to us, Mary Alice was extremely personable. Always has a smile and is in a positive mood. Trying to buy a house during a pandemic was a real challenge, Mary Alice kept our spirits up when we felt discouraged after weeks of searching. All in all, Mary Alice is the complete package. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a home and need someone with plenty of experience.

Meredith was very kind and patient during a difficult time in my life. Never once pressuring or rushing me into making a decision I might have regretted. My kids and I now have a safe home that we love. I am grateful to Meredith for that.
