We met Pam by happenstance, but we are very happy that our paths crossed and got to work with her. From start to finish, we spent about 1 full year working with Pam. She is someone who does all the little things really well. Her communication was the best out of any agent we’ve ever worked with. She took a genuine interest in keeping in touch with us and our family, and never pushed us or rushed us toward any 1 home. When the time came to move on a property, her deep expertise in real estate shined and she knew exactly what she was doing. I would recommend Pam to any of my close family/friends. Thank you!

We were working with Pam for two years before we decided to pull the trigger on a home. She always had great communication and in a tasteful way. When we became more serious Pam always made herself available to show us homes. She has such a great depth of knowledge of the area and the whole home buying process. Sandy is not only an exceptional realtor, but more importantly an exceptional person. She truly cared about us as people, not just a customer. She asked us first what we felt was important to us in selling our home, what we thought were the best features. It was always what was important to us first. Then, she would offer her professional advice and together we developed a plan. And when we needed to change the plan, we did it together. She would talk to us almost weekly, and more than once a week if necessary. Sometimes, it was just to ask how we were doing. She scheduled numerous open houses at a time convenient for us. If she could not be there, she would send another experienced agent in her place. If we needed assistance in locating professionals to clean or replace carpeting, or clean the tile floor, she would recommend someone who you could trust in your home alone, who proceeded to do excellent work at a competitive price. Her set up of her website was very professional offering both good pictures and a wonderful virtual tour of our home. Finally, the extra work she did in putting together the deal was phenomenal. She made sure every detail was covered. What was most impressive was the last minute work she did to make sure the title work was completed correctly, after a few details needed to be corrected at the eleventh hour. She kept telling us throughout this final process not to worry, that she would make the necessary phone calls to get it done correctly, and she did. And it all happened as originally scheduled. Sandy remained in charge and responsible throughout - whether it was dealing with the title company, or the buyer's agent.
