I didn't know Antoniette before I started my home-buying process, but by the end of it, I felt like she had been part of my life for years. She was so caring, helpful, and really understood my concerns and needs. She gave me "tough love" when I needed it, and guided me through one of the most stressful experiences of my lifetime. She eased the stress, and let me know that what I was dealing with was not uncommon. She's smart, and knows how to "play the game." There were several times when she knew what I needed before I knew I needed it. I can't say enough good things about her. She is professional yet comfortable to work with and confide in. If I ever decide to move again, she will be the 1st person I contact.

We’re a family that is moving cross country from Washington State to the Cleveland, Ohio area. As stressful as this journey has been, buying a home has been the easiest portion of the journey as Berna Kisin went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to see the homes that we were making offers on (interested in) and the homes were viewable through FaceTime during walkthroughs. Berna was also flexible with her calendar as there was a three hour time difference between us. She would work after hours to meet our unorthodox available times for walkthroughs. At the end of the day, through Berna’s experience and professionalism, Berna was able to get us a home after a few attempts in a very demanding market in the Cleveland area. She stayed positive and kept us calm as we struggling to get offers excepted. Our last home we made an offer on was excepted, I believe this was due to Berna’s quick and dedicated hard work, ensuring our offer was submitted in an expeditiously fashion! I would highly recommend Berna as a real-estate representative to anyone that’s looking to move or buy a home in the greater Cleveland area!

Kyle was very helpful helping me find, and purchase my first home. We went through many houses together, and even though I was looking for a low cost home he still provided top-notch service. Then when it came to filling out paperwork and finalizing the loan he was there the whole way. I am very thankful for his help. Also, through Howard-Hannah he put me in contact with an insurance agent who was also very helpful. Both Kyle and the Insurance agent used the software "Dotloop" which made the process of signing documents incredibly easy. Kyle is a real go-getter. He may be young, but he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and it shows!
