Sold our house well over asking price in a multiple-offer situation and helped us buy our next home under asking. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. John came highly recommended to us by a close family friend, and he completely exceeded our expectations. We needed to sell our home and then buy another, and John guided us through both processes seamlessly. When he first came to see our house, he asked if we’d be willing to put a little work into it to maximize our sale price. He gave us clear, practical suggestions for updates and staging. Even though some homes in our area had been sitting on the market, we trusted his advice and followed his plan even while still living in the house. He was absolutely right. His strategy created a multiple-offer situation that drove the price well over asking, which allowed us to roll those extra profits into our next home. On the buying side, John was equally impressive. He gave us thoughtful advice about strategy and helped us negotiate with a tough seller. Thanks to his skill and guidance, we were able to secure our new home for under asking. John is punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about real estate and helping his clients. He also has great recommendations for lenders, contractors, and other services, but never pushes them. We used several of his suggestions and were very happy with everyone.

Mash did a fantastic job of keeping everyone informed and going above and beyond to get us over the hurdles in the end. Couldn’t have closed it without him -Ben
