I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

Carm was fantastic to work with! She is responsive, knowledgeable, super friendly and able to pivot quickly when needed. I needed to sell my mom's home and although I was out of state, Carm made the process and experience far less stressful than I anticipated.
