Daniela is everything a real estate agent should be. Honest. Sincere. Personable. And most of all Dedicated, & always Reachable. Daniela helped me sell my mothers home on Parma Park Boulevard in winter of 2014 to 2015. I am so thankful for all that she has done for my family and in such a respectful and honorable way. It’s always hard selling your family home of 50+ years. My mom was already in a facility and suffering with Alzheimer’s. Daniela did everything for me as mom‘s daughter, and the way mom would like to have it done. With her guidance we got it sold in a “very” very, timely fashion. We had a couple of other agents prior to Patty, but none of them had the comparable skill sets needed to get our house sold. Patty is a data driven agent which helps her communicate the market conditions in a way that was helpful for us to make decisions. The other agents could not verbalize the reasons behind their repeated requests for us to reduce the price of the house.
