Hi, We noticed a home on our street was up for sale last year and the place was a mob scene of showings. I took note of Anya's info thinking if I ever sell I am calling her! We interviewed 3 agents and seemed to be the most knowledgeable about driving buyers through social and conventional media. We hired her and she listed the house- the next three days produced 52 showings and on the 4th day 13 offers- we could not believe it but it was a constant flow of buyers for an entire weekend!! Anya analyzed all offers, put them on a spreadsheet for us to review and she wet through them carefully with us. We sold for 15% OVER listing cost. It is Anya or no one if I ever sell a home again in the Cleveland and surrounding areas. I thanked her several times but Thank you you Anya!!!
