She really listened to what I wanted and never tried to push me outside of my budget. She made sure I found a home that checked all the boxes and stayed within my price range. She handled every document carefully, explained everything along the way, and took care of all the communication with the sellers so I never had to worry.

Mashell was a great asset, her knowledge of the real estate market was incredible. She always made sure I completed all necessary paperwork as well as made all my appointments. I signed a contract for a house before I closed on the property I live at now. And there were major issues with that property, not once did Mashell make me feel pressured or rushed into something that would cost me in the long run. Instead she allowed me to find something else that I could feel comfortable in. And that’s what I did.
