She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

Simon really "dumbed" things down for me when I was confused. He had great input when I was negotiating a price. Great availability and always quick to answer calls and texts. Always smiling and was as excited as I was the whole time. Made getting the keys extra special with thoughtful gifts.
