He was patient with some of our crazy requests, he was incredibly knowledgable about the process, and he was available when we needed him...which is a lot when you're buying and selling at the same time! He helped us find and purchase our forever home, and he sold and closed on our first house in 6 weeks; we feel truly blessed to have worked with him! I would absolutely recommend you do the same!

Kyle was very helpful helping me find, and purchase my first home. We went through many houses together, and even though I was looking for a low cost home he still provided top-notch service. Then when it came to filling out paperwork and finalizing the loan he was there the whole way. I am very thankful for his help. Also, through Howard-Hannah he put me in contact with an insurance agent who was also very helpful. Both Kyle and the Insurance agent used the software "Dotloop" which made the process of signing documents incredibly easy. Kyle is a real go-getter. He may be young, but he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and it shows!
