I originally contacted Lynn because she sold a neighbors property. I listed with Lynn after our initial meeting. Lynn went right to work and sold the property in about two weeks. During this time Lynn was always keeping me in touch with what she was doing to sell the property. Her knowledge was very apparent and she was always very professional - but also down to earth. I enjoyed my experience with Lynn and not only would I use her services again, I also would highly recommend her to others as well.

We first met Holly and Rich five years ago when they represented a buyer selling a house at Leesville lake. They were very informative and helped us through the purchase of what became our vacation home. Things changed in five years and sadly we were no longer able to take advantage of this wonderful home. Being very impressed with the Grimms we once again contacted them to help with the sale. Through the whole process they worked hard on our behalf and found us a quick sale. You need to understand that there are a lot of realtors listing home but if you want one that will work hard for you whether your buying or selling Holly and Rich Grimm should be your first choice.

This gentleman is a very caring agent and really listens to what you're looking for (if buying) and what your needs are (if selling). He is an excellent communicator and always makes time for your questions or concerns. He is quite the photographer as well, and really brings out the beauty in the houses he's helping with. I am fortunate enough to have met him some years back and have never had to worry about real estate transactions with him on my team!

No questions un- answered and responded to every text immediately. From the first call to go see the property to the 2 weeks it took to close,Molly was with me. Unbelievable experience !! Tristden was amazing. He came out and looked at my house, took pictures, listed, and it sold within 3 days of listing! He took the right pictures, emphasized the best features, and got the job done. He was responsive and professional and extremely kind. Highly recommend!

Garrett kept us updated every step of the way. He made everything easy for us. We live out of state and Garrett took care of everything for us. I would recommend him to sell your home or sell you a home.
