The first call I had with Sarah I knew she would be a great help. Sarah was very responsive and quick to get answers. The day we talked we learned there was a 7:00 pm cut off for any offers to be submitted on the property we were interested in. I was driving for 5 hours and would arrive at my destination until well after the cut off time. Sarah was creative in providing the details and documents via email and my wife would read the contract to me while driving. With lots of questions and comments between Sarah my wife and I we were able to get our offer submitted with 15 minutes to spare of the deadline. Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask.
