I originally contacted Lynn because she sold a neighbors property. I listed with Lynn after our initial meeting. Lynn went right to work and sold the property in about two weeks. During this time Lynn was always keeping me in touch with what she was doing to sell the property. Her knowledge was very apparent and she was always very professional - but also down to earth. I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. The first call I had with Sarah I knew she would be a great help. Sarah was very responsive and quick to get answers. The day we talked we learned there was a 7:00 pm cut off for any offers to be submitted on the property we were interested in. I was driving for 5 hours and would arrive at my destination until well after the cut off time. Sarah was creative in providing the details and documents via email and my wife would read the contract to me while driving. With lots of questions and comments between Sarah my wife and I we were able to get our offer submitted with 15 minutes to spare of the deadline. With the help of Sarah, we were able to acquire the property. Sarah's hard work and quick response through the entire process from the first time we spoke until the day of closing and after she was and still is very helpful, pleasant and responsive.
