With her long-standing background and experience in houses, we felt very lucky to get such helpful information from her. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, so we had a plethora of questions throughout the process. Dawn was always available to take our calls and texts, at all times of the day. More than that, she was great at laying out our next steps for us and keeping us in communication. When we found the house we loved, Dawn was able to get us under contract within mere days! With such a crazy market, we couldn't be happier with our house and our process of working with Dawn. She was there in person for our inspection report, when my husband and I were unable to attend. She also provided great recommendations for other other services to consider. We enjoyed working with her so much, that we (almost) wish the house-hunting process had taken longer!
