While touring houses, Dawn was able to provide very detailed and important insight about the properties and their conditions. With her long-standing background and experience in houses, we felt very lucky to get such helpful information from her. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, so we had a plethora of questions throughout the process. Dawn was always available to take our calls and texts, at all times of the day. More than that, she was great at laying out our next steps for us and keeping us in communication. When we found the house we loved, Dawn was able to get us under contract within mere days! With such a crazy market, we couldn't be happier with our house and our process of working with Dawn. She was there in person for our inspection report, when my husband and I were unable to attend. She also provided great recommendations for other other services to consider. We enjoyed working with her so much, that we (almost) wish the house-hunting process had taken longer! Kyle was very helpful helping me find, and purchase my first home. We went through many houses together, and even though I was looking for a low cost home he still provided top-notch service. Then when it came to filling out paperwork and finalizing the loan he was there the whole way. I am very thankful for his help. Also, through Howard-Hannah he put me in contact with an insurance agent who was also very helpful. Both Kyle and the Insurance agent used the software "Dotloop" which made the process of signing documents incredibly easy. Kyle is a real go-getter. He may be young, but he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and it shows!
