Being almost 50 and newly single, the thought of purchasing a home on my own was petrifying. Thankfully, I met Matt who was the perfect mix of patient and helpful - he also knew exactly when I needed a little nudge. No pressure, there was never any pressure, I just mean he knew when I needed a gentle nudge when self-doubt would creep in, when I would think I can’t do this. He somehow knew how to ask the right questions at the right time and he turned a completely overwhelming process into an amazing learning experience. He kindly navigated my preconceived notions and wisely guided me toward my dream home. I am so happy with my home and it’s honestly so much more than I would have ever thought possible. - And I owe all that to Matt and his expertise. His knowledge of the market, payment options, and interest, fees and taxes, etc. - His expertise got me exactly what I wanted and more!! - So, whether your new to home buying or a seasoned veteran, I strongly recommend Matt! He will listen and guide you - right where you are! No pressure just sound, honest advice from a knowledgeable professional! Trust me, don’t leave the biggest purchase of your life to just anyone - call Matt today, you won’t be disappointed!!

I love working with Ashley she is very professional and thorough. I always have many questions and she always has the answer. Ashley makes herself available whenever you need her and uses our time together wisely. She helped us find and purchase our first home in 2016 and is currently helping us sell and buy again!

Josh is willing to accommodate any oddball request, at any time of day, even on vacation! Couldn’t have asked for a better agent in our housing search and sale!
