Working with Lynda was great. Personally i have a busy schedule, sometimes working 7 days a week on a swing shift for a few days as well. We made everything still work and even looked at a few houses every week. She even sent me a few houses that may have been good fixer uppers (as i was slightly interested in that avenue of home ownership). She took what i needed for my home and even remembered them each house we looked at and offered suggestions that could improve the home for what i like. Thanks Lynda!

If you are looking for an agent who will dot the I's and cross the T's for you, Dan's your guy. He will answer any question and work with your schedule to show you the houses you want to look at. When it's time to make an offer, he'll do everything for you but sign your name. Basically, if you just need a no-BS agent to help lubricate the PITA process that is buying a house, Dan is great. No slick car-salesman tactics. Just shows you a house, answers your questions and does the paperwork. 5/5.
