I had a great first-time home buying experience and that is due to Tedd. He found me a great home and walked me through the entire process. I appreciated that he was honest with his opinions of homes, but did not try to change my mind. Highly recommend.

I was a first-time homebuyer, and Justin was recommended to me by an experienced landlord in Northwest Ohio who owns multiple, residential properties. As a novice buyer I needed not only an advocate, but also a helmsman that could guide my effort through the maze of appraisals, inspections, lenders, loan types, properties, neighborhoods, seller, city regulations, et al. And Justin is great at that; I would have been lost without him. He helped me find my dream home and negotiated a great buying price and terms. And after the sale was closed, he continued to follow-up to make sure everything was smooth. Now that I am seasoned buyer I will continue to engage the services of Justin for all my future house purchases. He’s the bomb!
