A huge thank you to my friend and goto girl Nikki Wolfe / Nikki Wolfe Group We closed on our home of 5 years today. She has been there the whole time.... seriously, she sold me the house in 2018. The crazy thing was we both had a vision back then. I never imagined this house would have looked as good as it did, but over countless messages, emails, phone calls of what do you think about this, or how about that, we reached the finish line finally! My favorite reply to her when she would suggest something outside my comfort zone was "remember, you're going to have to sell this house someday!" Two instances in the past five years I've had the pleasure to work with Nikki selling homes. Both opportunities i had a sell price in my mind. Both opportunities she came back with her price and she got the look. Both opportunities she sold the house for more, way more than i thought it could. I looked at her and said i think you're crazy, but I'll support you. I did what she asked and because of her vision and experience we were successful together. I call Nikki a lot of things, but most of all, she is my friend. She truly is the total package when it comes to the housing market. It doesn't matter if you're in the market to buy or sell, if you rent or own, you need to follow this girl. I have learned so much from her and look forward to doing this again someday. Fun fact, all of the houses in my old neighborhood, which is pretty desirable, that were listed for sale at the same time as mine are all still for sale today. I can't say enough about what she has done and helped me do over the years. What i can say is that Nikki, i appreciate you. You're killing it girl!

Carla has represented me or a close family member as a Real Estate Agent multiple times. She always promptly returned my phone calls, texts and emails. She completely and thoughtfully addressed all of my questions and concerns while maintaining her wonderful sense of humor.

There were some things that the listing agent was supposed to do in regards to the sell of the listed property. They were not done. Rachel, perceiving steps were not taken, contacted midland title agency to discover mobile homes are not purchased through title agencies, but bmvs. Rachel advised us to contact the bmv. Again, because of lack of communication of the listing agent as the closing date was approaching, Rachel self initiated contacting the bmv, finding out that the the title process is initiated through the government center and arranged for and my husband (as the buyers), and the seller (who was not her client), meet downtown and get the home properly purchased and consummate the sell of the home. Rachel Latta was not only was diligent to keep I and my husband abreast as to the process of the purchasing of the home, but was also in constant contact with the seller (though it was not her responsibility). This was just the tip of the iceberg as to the plethora of things Rachel did above and beyond for the purchase of this home as well as the sell of our prior one. She then came out to the home of the buyer, weeks after the sell was done, and blessed the buyer on his birthday not just with her presence, but a gift that reflected his birthday years. We have had 6 realtors in the past, (and I mean we've had some big name realtors that literally bare the last name of the realty company they represented), but none come near the level of excellence and selflessness that Rachel Latta radiates. I don't believe Danberry knows what they have, as she excels them ALL. I'm certain that she makes considerable money in sells, as she is truly great in what she does, but I formally ask that Rachel Latta be given some type of promotion/training position to train other realtors, particularly novices. Danberry couldnt possibly go wrong in creating this type of position for her. If such a thing was done for her, Danberry would produce the finest realtors in NW OHIO.

Karena is awesome. She always had time to show us whatever houses we wanted. Is very good at communicating and returning calls/messages. She is on top of everything! Even got us a better home warranty after confusion with the listing! Highly recommend.
